Tiffany table lamps are a traditional table lamp with a patterned glass shade, similar to that in a  stained glass window.

They are probably one of the best known survivors of the Art Nouveau movement and are still in demand today. Louis Comfort Tiffany created the first Tiffany table lamp in 1895, having previously produced stained glass windows.

Each lamp was handcrafted by skilled artisans and the surviving original Tiffany lamps have become collectors pieces worth many hundreds of dollars. Whilst these are beyond the average person's reach, there are many good quality replicas available for purchase.

Adding a Tiffany table lamp to a room immediately adds a sense of style to it, whilst creating a beautiful focal point.
